As more notices are issued, more sites will be added to the list and current sites will become former sites. Once a site is on the public record it will never be removed but its status may change.Due to the requirements of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, the name of the owner or occupier may be withheld.The Area No. can be used to search the public record to find additional information about the site, such as Lot and DP, and to find information on the notices that have been issued on that site. An example of this is http://www.epa.nsw.gov.au/clm/searchresults.aspx?Notice=3000The data was up to date as of the time the notices were issued and may have changed since that time.
